No control works in isolation. CAPTCHA is best viewed as part of a layered fraud and security framework:

- Behavioral analytics
- Rate limiting
- Human-in-the-loop review processes
- Incident response planning
Security tools are only as good as the context in which they’re deployed. Leaders don’t need to become CAPTCHA experts. They should insist on knowing what the score threshold is, who tuned it, and what catches the traffic CAPTCHA misses.
